My education at the Swedish School of Textiles gave me a superb foundation in knit theory and practice. I have worked with hand‑drawn machines, computerized knitting, experimental knit techniques, APEXFiz and CLO3D, and I have experience from high‑level knit design and production follow‑up in Italy, Sweden, Norway, China and Spain.

Knit design & Visualization

This half‑zip crewneck style is created in CLO3D. The yarn and knit patterns are custom‑made in APEX Fiz, where the piece is also rendered. Final adjustments and polish are done in Photoshop.

These custom jacquards are created on a CLO3D style using APEXFiz, where the knit structures and patterns are developed and rendered. AI‑generated faces are added as a visual enhancement.

Turn this sweater 360°

Rotate the sweater 360° by dragging with your mouse or finger. This render is based on a Shima Seiki sweater shape, where I added the yarn, colour stripes and pointelle pattern.

For a younger male audience, I created this hoodie with a front pocket in CLO3D and imported it into APEXFiz, where I applied a custom yarn and combined my own patterns with Shima Seiki patterns. The piece is visualized in 3gg.

This setup uses a CLO3D avatar and denims, combined with a cardigan visualized in APEXFiz.

Knit from sketch to AI

Generative AI is very useful for quickly visualizing silhouettes and capturing the overall feeling of a collection.

I created pointelle and jacquard leaf sketches, but the company owner was not satisfied with the knit‑ups from the producer, so no samples were made.

For Hillevi of Sweden I developed all patterns and colourways myself, adapting the design to a romantic woman in her early thirties. I especially enjoyed creating well‑coordinated collections across wovens, jerseys and knits, aligning prints, embroideries, structures, yarn‑dyed patterns and jacquards.
